PROCUREMENTS

1.               Universal Service Fund co. invites electronic bids from the service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for Provision of Third-Party services for compliance

& support for Tax Services. 

2.               E-bidding documents, as per regulations, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS v2.0. 

3.               The electronic bids must be submitted by using EPADS v2.0 on or before 11:00 AM (P.ST), 12th August 2026 Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. (PST), 12th August 2026. 

Note: In case of any technical difficulty in using EPADS v2.0, prospective bidders may contact PPRA at https://www.ppra.gov.pk
