Engagement of Web Development Firm to Develop and Maintain the Website for Universal Service Fund

Universal Service Fund, a company set-up under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, requires services of a Software Development Company to revamp and maintain the Company website. The firm must essentially be based in Islamabad or must have a full fledged establishment here.

RFP outlining Proposal submission guidelines and details of the assignment may be obtained from USF office after registration, on or before August 08, 2008, during office hrs against a Non-Refundable Demand Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 1,000/- in favor of “Universal Service Fund”.

The interested party shall have to submit the following documents at the time of registration:

1. Registration Certificate with Income Tax Department (NTN) and Sales Tax Department.

2. At least 2 years of relevant past experience

3. Client list along with Portfolio.

4. Affidavit of never being blacklisted at any level.

USF has the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal.
