Sibi Lot covers 9% of the area and 10% of the total estimated population of Baluchistan Province and includes Barkhan, Dera Bugti, Kohlu, Sibi and Ziarat Districts. The areas included in Sibi Lot span from 30^o36‘ N to 28^o26‘ S and from 70^o5‘ E to 67^o10‘ W. The Lot shares borders with Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpur Districts in the East, Pishin, Loralai and Musakhel Districts in the North, Jaffarabad, Nasirabad and Sibi Districts in the South and Bolan and Mastung Districts in the West.  554 muzas and un-served population of around 453,226 people will benefit from this project.
