Phase I for the project to provide affordable broadband in un-served urban areas consists of the following regions of Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa:

1. Multan Telecom Region  (MTR)
2. Southern Telecom Region - I (STR - I)
3. Hazara Telecom Region  (HTR)
