Phase 2 of Rural Telecom Programme includes the following four lots for providing basic telephony and data services in remote areas of Pakistan:

a. RTeS/Lot9-Pishin/2008: Consisting of un-served areas in Killa Abdullah, Pishin and Quetta districts

b. RTeS/Lot8-Dadu/2008: Consisting of un-served areas in Badin, Dadu, Hyderabad and Thatta districts

c. RTeS/Lot7-Mansehra/2008: Consisting of un-served areas in Batagram, Haripur, Kohistan and Mansehra districts

d. RTeS/Lot12-Bahawalpur/2008: Consisting of un-served areas in Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur and Rahim Yar Khan districts
